Job summary

STOREHUB SDN BHD is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to champion content strategy for B2B and occasional B2C brands. You’ll craft engaging, localized content for social posts, short-form videos, blogs, and campaigns while leveraging AI tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and CapCut AI to scale quality at speed.

You’ll work with the Social Media and Content Lead to streamline workflows, drive merchant-focused campaigns, and analyze data to sharpen strategies for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Hands-on ability to direct shoots and edit short-form videos.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with local context.
• Strong distribution and optimisation across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own StoreHub's social media channels across multiple platforms.
• Plan, produce, and publish localized content in various formats.
• Plan content shoots with merchants and in-house teams.
• Write compelling captions, ads, blogs and scripts.
• Leverage AI tools to research, ideate, batch-produce and repurpose content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to optimize engagement and conversions.
