The B2B Marketing Senior Executive is responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across the sales and marketing functions. This position exists to analyze performance metrics, identify market trends and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes, marketing effectiveness, and lead generation. The role plays a vital part in driving commercial success through accurate reporting, performance tracking and optimization support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data-driven sales and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports with actionable insights to guide decision-making for sales, marketing and leadership teams.
- Support ISPI (Integrated Sales & Performance Insights) marketing initiatives and lead performance tracking.
- Streamline sales processes and assist with sales operations, contributing to overall efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and monitor the success of campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation and market intelligence gathering.
- Use CRM and marketing platforms to extract and interpret data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Present analysis in a clear and concise manner through dashboards, presentations and reports.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting with historical and predictive data modelling.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of analytics tools, systems and methodologies.
- Demonstrate team player mindset and readiness to take up new responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI) is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, marketing analysis, or business intelligence.
- Experience in a fast-paced industry (e.g. FMCG, retail or B2B) is advantageous.

- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
