Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Background in corporate gifting, merchandising, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills and result driven.
• Able to act independently.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Target oriented and able to meet targets.
• Able to work in Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various methods: cold calling, networking, referrals, emails.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Present company offerings, tailor solutions to client needs, and close deals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients; follow up inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and ensure records are complete.
