As an Analytics Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client‑centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high‑risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture. Together we do what matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an architect assigned to a client project, you will typically work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifactsAssist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it - you can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategiesAs a senior member of the Avanade technical community, you will provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire more junior colleagues from within your team and across the organizationContribute to presales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development, ensuring alignment with client business needsManage capability planning for the team, identifying skill gaps and aligning training or hiring needs to meet future demandDevelop reusable solutions, frameworks, and assets to accelerate delivery, enhance quality, and enable knowledge sharing across teamsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and bring best practices into solution design
