Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a Cloud Operations professional to manage Tier 2 incidents and production support for cloud-hosted applications. The role focuses on Azure administration, containerization with Kubernetes, and CI/CD deployments to ensure high availability and performance.

You will triage across multiple teams, use ServiceNow for incident tracking, and contribute to automation and documentation. Weekend deployments may be required, with no regular on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of cloud operations or production support experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Hands-on with containers and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
• Certifications such as Azure Admin, Azure DevOps, or CKD preferred but not required.
• Ability to support occasional weekend activities.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves Tier 2 incidents for cloud-hosted apps and infrastructure.
• Triages issues across app, DB, network, infra, and product teams with ownership.
• Manages incidents and tasks via ServiceNow per SLAs.
• Administers Azure production environments (VMs, storage, networking, Kubernetes).
• Troubleshoots Azure, SQL Server, and Kubernetes issues.
• Supports automated deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and customer go-lives.
• Escalates unresolved issues to Tier 3 or Dev teams and follows up.
• Creates operational docs, troubleshooting guides, and automation opportunities.
