About the Opportunity
We are hiring for key roles to support a major enterprise‑scale AI transformation program. Candidates will work closely with business and IT teams to drive responsible AI adoption, ensure secure deployment of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions, and support change management efforts across the organization.
You may be considered for one of the following tracks based on your experience:
1. AI Change Management & Business Enablement
Summary
You will lead organizational readiness, business case development, stakeholder engagement, and end‑user enablement for enterprise AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption. This role focuses on strategy, adoption, change management, training, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption business case identification and prioritization.
- Drive Copilot enterprise adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct AI readiness assessments and define skilling & enablement plans.
- Develop communication, training, and curriculum materials for end users.
- Track usage analytics, adoption KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Facilitate workshops with business & IT stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Apply Microsoft frameworks to measure value realization and program success.
Required Skills
- Experience in enterprise change management (Microsoft 365 preferred).
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop training content, adoption plans, and KPI frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot programs is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Prosci or equivalent ACM methodology.
2. AI Security, Governance & Compliance
Role Summary
You will design and implement secure architectures for Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and generative AI workloads. This role focuses on security, compliance, governance, identity, data protection, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI readiness assessments across identity, data, and compliance domains.
- Design AI governance frameworks covering policy, access, and risk management.
- Advise on secure enablement of Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Translate Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Defender, Fabric, and Azure policies into actionable controls.
- Develop strategies for DLP, data labeling, and AI boundary enforcement.
- Recommend monitoring, auditing, and incident‑response plans for AI misuse.
- Present findings to senior IT and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in cloud security, governance, or architecture (Microsoft ecosystem).
- Hands‑on experience with Purview, Entra, Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Policy, M365 security.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and privacy‑by‑design.
- Ability to lead security workshops and simplify complex technical content.
- Experience securing Copilot or AI workloads is highly preferred.
General Requirements
- Language: Proficiency in either Mandarin or Korean preferred to liaise with teams from different demographics.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, outcome‑driven engagements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with business and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Microsoft partners or enterprise consulting.
- Experience with AI programs, digital transformation, or cloud‑driven projects.
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification (for AI Adoption track).
