Location: Must be local to Kuala Lumpur as role will be hybrid work from home / work from office

The Azure Accelerate Triage PM drives operational efficiency and coordination across the Azure Accelerate program. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of program requests庸rom intake through funding approval容nsuring timely resolution, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate excels in navigating complex systems and processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and keeping cases moving smoothly through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive program requests from initiation through funding approval, ensuring accurate documentation and timely progress.
  • Monitor case queues, triage escalations, and balance competing priorities.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal/external teams and facilitate alignment across business, finance, and operations stakeholders.
  • Support requestors in navigating complex approval systems.
  • Maintain case tracking documentation and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
  • Provide status updates to leadership; flag risks and develop mitigation plans.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years project or program management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Bachelor痴 degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and cloud/Azure ecosystems preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and risk mitigation skills across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Analytical
  • Analytical problem-solver with ability to interpret ambiguous inputs and drive clarity.
  • Experience in training and process enablement a plus.
