Kenanga Group is seeking a proactive and independent Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. This role requires someone who can manage the full recruitment process with minimal supervision and has strong experience in hiring for technology-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded within agreed service levels for quality and timeliness.

Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through internal databases, job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn), and external recruitment partners.

Drive the selection process by conducting interviews, preparing recruitment proposals, issuing offer letters, and securing candidate acceptance.

Oversee pre-employment checks, including background screening, medical reports, and personal analysis reports.

Process and maintain accurate records for staff confirmations, contract renewals, and employee movements.

Ensure timely completion of confirmation appraisals, contract renewals, and employee movement forms, escalating delays as necessary.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting for technology roles and handling niche positions.

Hands‑on recruiter with strong sourcing and closing skills across multiple platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with employee movement processes (confirmation, transfer, resignation, contract renewal).

Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or recruitment roles.
