Qualifications

Job Description
  • Perform evaluation and credit decisioning of all unsecured products (Cards, Personal Loans & incremental limit requests), including appeal and resubmission applications.
  • Highlight and escalate suspected fraud or tampered applications to Card Risk.
  • Ensure applications are processed within stipulated turnaround time and meet daily productivity targets set by the department.
  • Make decisions that are consistent with regulatory requirements and UOB's credit policies and guidelines.
  • Participate in credit meetings and discussions, raise issues in credit approval, and support sanity testing as required.
  • Maintain a high‑quality portfolio and uphold a strong credit culture.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
