Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking an experienced AVP, Base Management to lead customer lifecycle, retention and revenue growth. The role focuses on reducing churn, optimizing ARPU and driving recontracting strategy across channels including Linear TV and streaming.

You will design lifecycle journeys, lead cross-functional teams, develop data-driven campaigns, and present business cases to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/economics or related field.
MBA or professional certification is a plus.
7–10 years in customer lifecycle, CRM, retention or related fields.
3–5 years of people management experience.
Proven experience in retention, churn reduction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Customer Retention & Churn Management: develop and implement strategies to reduce churn.
Customer Lifecycle Strategy: define journeys from acquisition to loyalty and recontracting.
Commercial Performance Management: monitor KPIs and advise on ARPU and revenue.
Content & Channel Strategy: collaborate with Content team for channels and propositions.
Data Analytics & Insights: analyze data, build predictive models and segmentation.
