Job summary

Progressive Technology is seeking highly motivated and technically skilled Diploma Holders in Aviation Maintenance to join our growing aviation services team. This position focuses on maintaining aircraft to meet stringent safety standards and supporting flight readiness through inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

You will collaborate with engineers and maintenance supervisors, utilize diagnostic equipment, and follow detailed procedures to ensure optimal aircraft

Qualifications

• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft systems, airframe, engine, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Familiarity with aviation maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems and components.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure airworthiness and compliance with aviation safety regulations.
• Diagnose mechanical or electrical problems and determine the best repair approach.
• Complete maintenance records, logbooks, and required documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers and aviation maintenance supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize a range of tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.
