Job description

Conduct repair, diagnosis & troubleshooting work with known repair methods at reception time. Increases customer satisfaction by performing minor service / repair correctly and clean the first time.

Assists Senior Mechanics and other mechanics, whenever required.

Performs PDI of new vehicles.

Accomplish and maintain high level of quality, productivity and efficiency, achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales target thus maintain low rate of comeback repairs or complaints.

Immediately inform Outlet Head on any work delays whenever jobs are unable to meet actual flat rate time.

Responsible for tools supplied

Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or technician with relevant working experience are welcomed.

Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay to comprehend service/repair order

Possess a valid class D driving license

Possess basic computer skills

Good communication skills with a professional attitude and able to work closely with workshop technician.
