Job summary

A leading automotive company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing sales performance, and maintaining key customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, strong leadership skills, and is proficient in English. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Coach sales consultants to improve closing rates.
  • Oversee showroom operations and customer service standards.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing strategies.
