Job summary

XPENG is seeking a quality inspection professional for the KD plant to ensure material quality and process integrity. The role focuses on inspecting incoming materials, applying standards, and managing rework when needed, with rapid response to manufacturing quality issues.

You will perform root cause analyses, support part replacements, and conduct software updates. Additionally, you will evaluate complete vehicles using the Vehicle Evaluation System and coordinate with global teams to close

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, automotive sector a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and standard manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills, with solid execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming quality inspection of materials; develop inspection standards and handle rejection, screening, and rework as needed.
• Respond quickly to quality issues during manufacturing; conduct root cause analysis, perform part replacement/repair, and carry out software flashing/upgrades.
• Execute Vehicle Evaluation System (VES) product assessments for complete vehicles; conduct routine spot checks on daily evaluation results.
• Coordinate with headquarter departments in China to resolve abnormal quality issues and drive closure of quality problems.
• Demonstrate hands-on capabilities in vehicle hardware repair, electrical inspection and diagnosis, and product evaluation.
