Job summary

You will report to the Retail Manager at the Retail Centre and perform inspections, document findings, and assist customers throughout the process.

The role involves handling inspections, taking photos, using software to submit reports, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of vehicle condition (interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment).
• Note damage, or repair to frame, paint, engine, AC/heater operation, radio, navigation system, tires, etc.

Education

Professional Certificate

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Others)

Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
