Pride Global is partnering with a leading banking institution in Kuala Lumpur to hire an experienced TOSCA Automation Tester. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions for Cards, Payments, and Loan systems, working with business users, testers, and developers to improve automation coverage and quality.

The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on Tosca expertise, API testing, SQL validation, and experience in CI/CD environments within an Agile/DevOps

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Test Automation / QA.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca is mandatory.
• Proven banking applications experience (Cards, Payments, Loans).
• Experience with API testing and database validation (SQL).
• Experience with CI/CD environments is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile / DevOps delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test components.
• Perform automation testing: Functional, Regression, Smoke, End-to-end.
• Identify automation scenarios with functional teams and stakeholders.
• Execute test suites, analyze results, and troubleshoot failures.
• Perform defect analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Conduct API testing, database validation, and batch job testing where required.
• Support automation integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure automation assets are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with testing standards.

TOSCA Automation Tester (Banking Domain)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension)

About the Opportunity

We are currently supporting a leading banking institution, in looking for an experienced TOSCA Automation Tester to join their quality assurance team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to support banking application testing, covering key business areas such as Cards, Payments, and Loan systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, functional testers, and development teams to improve test automation coverage, ensure application quality, and support efficient delivery of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA
• Create and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test components
• Perform automation testing activities including: Functional testing, Regression testing, Smoke testing, End-to-end testing
• Identify suitable test scenarios for automation in collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders
• Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and troubleshoot failures
• Perform defect analysis and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Conduct API testing, database validation, and batch job testing where required
• Support automation integration with CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure automation assets are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with testing standards

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Test Automation / Quality Assurance

• Proven experience in banking applications, preferably within: Cards, Payments, Loan systems
• Experience with automation testing frameworks and regression testing
• Hands-on experience with: API testing Database validation (SQL) Batch job testing

• Experience working with CI/CD environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
