Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of software testing experience, with at least 5 years in Tricentis Tosca automation.
• Strong expertise in Tosca modules, Test Case Design, DEX, and reusable components.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for web, SAP, API, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
• Implement and manage Tosca components including Modules, TCD, Execution Lists, Recovery Scenarios, and DEX.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git to support continuous testing.

About the job Automation Test Lead – Tricentis Tosca

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to lead automation testing initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable automation frameworks, leading QA teams, implementing CI/CD automation, and delivering high-quality software across Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, SAP, and Financial Services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for web, SAP, API, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and end-to-end automated test cases to ensure software quality.
• Implement and manage Tosca components including Modules, Test Case Design (TCD), Execution Lists, Recovery Scenarios, and Distributed Execution (DEX).
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git to support continuous testing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into effective automation solutions.
• Review automation scripts, mentor QA team members, and establish best practices to improve automation maturity and code quality.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps, and provide regular quality and testing reports.
• Evaluate and implement new automation technologies, including AI-assisted testing capabilities, to improve testing efficiency and release quality.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca automation.
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including Modules, Test Case Design (TCD), DEX, Test Sheets, Templates, and reusable automation components.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Python, API testing, and SAP automation testing.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD environments using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead QA initiatives.
• Tricentis certifications (Product Consultant, AS1/AS2, TDS1/TDS2, SAP/API/DB/TQL) and experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services domains are highly preferred.
