Job summary

DNC Automation (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Automation Engineer to design and implement electrical control systems, including PLC, HMI and SCADA for automated machinery. You will develop, test and commission systems, prepare technical drawings, and provide on-site support during FAT/SAT and start-up.

Applicants should have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics and at least 2 years of related experience, with willingness to travel to customer sites in Malaysia.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechatronic/Equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Location: Meranti Jaya, Puchong, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical control systems including PLC, HMI and SCADA.
Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for automated machinery.
Perform system simulation, I/O checking and functional testing before site deployment.
Prepare electrical drawings, control panel layouts, I/O lists and instrument lists.
Support FAT, SAT, site installation, testing and commissioning.
Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, communication and instrumentation issues.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers and suppliers during projects.
