Job summary

A leading design studio in Southeast Asia seeks an Architectural Assistant to perform CAD works and ensure compliance with quality standards. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and be proficient in AutoCAD and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and experience in high-rise building projects is a plus. The ideal candidate can work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job description

To carry out CAD works and drawing production work according to standards and guidelines of the office.

Must possess knowledge and experience in Architectural drafting.

Understand and implement the Company's Quality Management System and ensure that the works are carried out in conformance with the standards.

Experience in the use of BIM / Revit (advantage).

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.

Preferable with 1-year working experience in a similar capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skill(s): Conversant with the use of AutoCAD or BIM (REVIT).

Good Command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Preferably Junior Executive / Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Experience in high-rise building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawing, Prepares Tender Drawing & all relevant technical issues.

Must be committed and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.

Must possess own car.
