Job summary

A design studio in Southeast Asia is looking for an Architectural Assistant to perform CAD works and drawing production. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in a relevant field and have good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience with AutoCAD and BIM is preferred. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and independently while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Preference for 1‑year working experience in a similar capacity; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess own car.

Job description

To carry out CAD works and drawing production work according to standards and guidelines of the office.

Must possess knowledge and experience in Architectural drafting.

Understand and implement the Company’s Quality Management System and ensure that the works are carried out in conformance with the standards.

Experience in the use of BIM / Revit (advantage).

Responsibilities

Prepares tender drawings, construction drawings, high‑rise building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing and all relevant technical issues.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.

Preference for 1‑year working experience in a similar capacity; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills: Conversant with the use of AutoCAD or BIM (REVIT).

Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Preferably Junior Executive / Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Must possess own car.
