Job Title:
Auto Test Developer

Job Description:

Design and develop automation test scripts to verify software functionality. Maintain the test automation platform. Monitor test progress and results. Train and mentor junior team members in test automation techniques and tools. Familiar with performance testing principles and implementation.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or related fields.

Location:

Living in Malaysia for an extended period.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in automated testing.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of the quality lifecycle.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) with basic database knowledge.

Personal Skills:

• Ability to work independently, good summarization and documentation skills.
• Strong observation and analytical skills, proactive technical research capabilities.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus for cross-border collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• QA certification (preferred).
• Project management certification (preferred).
• Ability to work well under pressure.
