Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable appearing in livestreams and creating social media content.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Friendly and customer-focused.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Proton vehicles based on customers’ needs and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, conduct car demonstrations, and arrange test drives.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking, loan approval, and delivery targets.
• Find new customers and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, roadshows, and referrals.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Take part in showroom events, roadshows, livestreams, and social media activities.
