As we expand and relocate our operations to Johor Bahru, Malaysia, we are now recruiting Audit Supervisor to join our Johor Bahru office
Supervise and lead audit engagements of various sizes and industries from planning, execution to finalization, while reporting to the manager in Singapore.
Proactively engage with clients, managers, and partners in audit engagements, including resource planning, managing deadlines, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that audits are executed and documented with high quality.
Serve as an effective coach to team members, leveraging their strengths and addressing weaknesses, and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their personal development.
Maintain a positive attitude towards learning new knowledge and skills, embracing challenges, and taking a long-term view on issues encountered.
Aspire to progress in the auditing career and develop specialization in specific industries over time.
Be willing to travel overseas for client engagements as required.
