Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an audit professional in Malaysia to handle statutory audits for clients across industries. You will finish working papers and financial statements, and assess risk areas for planning with minimal supervision.

The role involves preparing tax computations and deferred tax provisions, and guiding audit juniors on smaller assignments while liaising with clients throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Full or part ACCA/MICPA or accounting degree is required.
• 1–2 years of audit experience for semi-senior; fresh grads encouraged for junior.
• Proficient in MS Office; Audit Express software is an advantage.
• Malaysian citizenship is required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess full or part professional qualification of ACCA or MICPA, bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent. At least 1- 2 years of related working experience for audit semi-senior. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as audit junior. Those with extensive experience but without necessary qualification are also encouraged to apply. Good communication skills, mature, pleasant personality and have good attitude towards work. Highly motivated with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines. Computer literate and knowledge on Audit Express software is an advantage. Proficient in MS. Office and Ms. Excel. Able to work on deadline-drive environment. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
