Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced auditor to lead project teams in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on planning, execution, and supervision of assurance assignments, ensuring compliance with audit procedures and accounting standards.

The candidate should actively coach juniors, interact with clients, and deliver high-quality statutory audits, including working papers and audit reports, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit team in performing assurance assignments.
• Plan and execute assigned jobs to comply with audit procedures and regulations.
• Coach juniors on job progress and deliverables.
• Execute external and internal audit assignments.
• Perform statutory audits including working papers and audit reports.
• Apply understanding of audit and accounting standards.

• To perform statutory audit including preparation of working papers, evidential support, presentation of audit finding, drafting audited report.

• Developing and maintaining good relationship with clients.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field
• Possess relevant accounting qualifications
• Self-motivated, pro-active and with strong analytical qualities, results oriented and capable to trouble
• A good team player can effectively solve and shoot work problems
• Ability to interact with clients during audit assignments and work independently and be able to meet deadlines
• Assume high level of responsibility and commitment in audit advisory and compliances
