About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Audit Senior to join the dynamic team at Chengco PLT, a respected accounting firm based in Ipoh, Perak. As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in the company's external audit operations, contributing your expertise to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting for our diverse client base.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting comprehensive audits and reviews of financial statements and records for a range of clients across different industries.
• Identifying and analysing financial risks and irregularities, and providing recommendations to clients.
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to professional standards.
• Coordinating with clients to gather relevant information and documentation for audits.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presentations for clients and management.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards, and incorporating them into audit procedures.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
