Job summary

A leading audit firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager. The ideal candidate will lead audit projects, guide teams, and communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields, CPA certification, and 4-6 years of audit experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, with a preference for knowledge of French.

“We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.”

1. Project Execution and Management: Independently lead and be responsible for the entire process of specific audit projects, including planning, risk assessment, on-site execution, communication of identified issues, report writing, and follow-up on rectification.

2. Team Guidance: Guide senior internal audit supervisors in their work, review their working papers and audit findings to ensure project quality and timeliness.

3. Risk Identification and Assessment: Utilize professional knowledge to identify key risk points and internal control deficiencies in business processes, and propose practical improvement suggestions.

4. Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate and coordinate with business department management regarding audit scope, findings, and recommendations.

5. Knowledge Transfer: Assist senior audit managers in conducting some team training and knowledge sharing.

Job Qualification:

Possess professional qualification certificates such as CPA, ACCA, CIA; proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS).

With 4-6 years of relevant audit experience.
