Auditor to join our audit team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role covers end-to-end client assignments, including fieldwork, document verification and evidence collection to complete audits on schedule. The successful candidate will assist in planning, preparing working papers, reports and presenting findings to clients, while maintaining quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Participate in client assignments from start to finish including audit fieldwork, verifying documents and collecting evidence.
• Prepare audit planning, work papers, audit reports and findings.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to clients.
• Assist in planning, execution and finalization of audit areas for manager or partner review.
• Communicate with clients regarding audit queries.

• To participate in client assignments from beginning to end including performing audit field works, verifying documents, compiling audit working papers and collecting sufficient audit evidences in order to accomplish whole audit assignment.
• To prepare audit planning, prepare audit work papers, audit reports and findings, ensure quality paper work and reports before issuance to clients.
• To prepare audit reports and present audit findings and recommendations.
• Perform statutory audits, stock count observation and other verification works.
  
• To assist in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner's review, seeking input for areas of concern and judgement.
• To be able to advise and communicate with clients in regards to auditing queries.
  
• To establish close working relationships with clients, with a view to assess their requirements and to meet their expectations, with all aspects of audit assignments.
• To liaise with affiliates - secretaries, tax agents, bankers and etc.
• To complete audit work within budget time and meeting datelines.
