You will assist with audits, data analysis, testing and documentation, participate in meetings, and learn PwC methodologies and technologies through targeted training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagements: Interns assist in preparing for and conducting audits for clients, gathering and analysing financial data, understanding the client's business environment, and assessing risks.
• Testing and Documentation: They assist in performing tests of financial balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, documenting processes, findings, and discrepancies.
• Data Analysis: Interns use data analytics tools to analyse financial data, identify trends, and highlight areas of concern.
• Support Senior Auditors: They provide support in the preparation of audit reports and other deliverables, including drafting sections of the audit report and preparing working papers.
• Research: Interns may conduct research on accounting issues or new regulations affecting the audit process.
• Meetings and Communication: They participate in meetings with audit teams and clients to learn the audit process and communicate results.
• Learning and Development: Interns are encouraged to take part in PwC's training programs to enhance their skills and understanding of the audit process and related technologies.
• Administrative Tasks: There may be administrative duties like organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing audit documentation.
