What will you do
As an audit associate, your job responsibilities will include:
• To handle audit assignments, conduct audit procedures and collect adequate documentation to support the audit opinion.
• To support audit senior and/or audit manager to report on audit work status, progress, critical issues.
• To document and compile audit work papers and obtain sufficient audit evidence to support engagement partner's sign-off of the client's financial statements.
• Contribute actively to all activities of the audit department.
• Any other assignments and task from the superior which deem to be appropriate and relevant.
• Ad hoc Task given by superior time by time.
As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in the company's external audit operations, contributing your expertise to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting for our diverse client base.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews of financial statements and records for a range of clients across different industries.
• Identify and analyse financial risks and irregularities, and provide recommendations to clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to professional standards.
• Coordinate with clients to gather relevant information and documentation for audits.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for clients and management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards, and incorporate them into audit procedures.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferable 1 to 2 years experience. Fresh Grades are welcome to apply.
On the-job training will be provided.

Familiar with accounting and auditing standards and passionate for continuous learning.
Competency in Microsoft office and computer literate.
Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin will be added advantage (liaise with Chinese clients).
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in the use of audit software and data analysis tools.
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
