Fastlane Group is seeking a dedicated Auditor to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. You will ensure financial accuracy and compliance across our operations, with on-site start and hybrid thereafter.

Responsibilities include conducting audits under HKSA, HKFRS and IFRS, managing fieldwork, documenting work papers, reviewing junior staff, and coordinating with regional teams to deliver timely, high-quality reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of relevant auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards.

Fastlane Group is seeking a dedicated Auditor to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across our operations.

Work Arrangement

• On-site presence required during the initial three months (subject to performance).
• Hybrid work model thereafter, combining remote work with occasional in-office collaboration.
• Opportunities to gain exposure to regional engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements in accordance with Hong Kong Standards on Auditing (HKSAs), applying HKFRS and IFRS.
• Manage audit fieldwork, prepare detailed documentation and working papers, and review junior auditors’ work.
• Conduct audits of financial statements and internal controls.
• Serve as a key client liaison, understanding client needs and providing high-quality audit advice.
• Identify significant audit findings, support reporting processes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong audit teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit observations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Consistently meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant auditing experience in a client service role or accounting practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards (IFRS).
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin or Cantonese, as well as English, is required for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong time-management and output-driven mindset.
