Job summary

Rktmalaysia in Kuala Lumpur invites you to join our Audit team as an Associate. You will support planning, execution and reporting on assurance engagements for a diverse client base, helping to deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong English, proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a proactive mindset are valued. Mandarin is a plus as we serve clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree major in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Non-degree holder must have completed or currently pursuing Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA).
• Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Growth mindset, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude for team and client collaboration.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Prepare audit reports, understand and respond timely to auditing and reporting issues.
• Prepare reliable and accurate work papers in a precise, concise and logical manner.
• Review the financial statements prepared by client.
• Understand the engagement completion and the review processes.
• Interact with the audit client’s business to collect all necessary data/information.
• Deliver work on time as per timeline.
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
