Job Description

  • Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
  • Providing supervision and assignments to team members as reviewing working papers completed by staff and drafting audit report.
  • Responsible and coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client, availability, job planning, and scheduling.
  • Responsible for contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings
  • Provides on-the-job training for staff
  • Supervises findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff
  • Participate and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
  • Assess and providing feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years of related audit experience required
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
