Khoo Wong & Chan is seeking dedicated Audit Assistants to join our growing audit team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers exposure to a diverse client portfolio and a strong platform to build a career in external audit.

We welcome fresh graduates and individuals with up to two years of experience. You will work under senior team members to deliver high-quality audit engagements and develop professional skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of external audit experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution and completion of external audit engagements.
• Perform audit procedures, including detailed testing of financial statements.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and document findings clearly.
• Liaise with clients for financial and supporting information.
• Assist in analyzing financial information and identify areas needing audit attention.
• Stay updated with accounting/ auditing standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure high-quality engagements.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
