About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Assistant to join our team at Perficient Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our audit engagements, ensuring accurate and thorough financial reporting for our valued clients.

What you\'ll be doing

• Assisting with the planning and execution of audit procedures, including document review, data analysis, and the preparation of audit working papers
• Performing detailed testing of financial transactions and account balances to identify any discrepancies or areas of concern
• Collaborating with the audit team to gather and analyse relevant financial information and documentation
• Contributing to the preparation of clear and comprehensive audit reports that highlight key findings and recommendations
• Adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines throughout the audit process
• Providing support to senior team members as needed and continuously learning to develop your auditing skills

• A bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in a similar audit assistant or entry-level auditing role, preferably within a public accounting firm or corporate finance environment
