Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (Retail) in Kulim invites a friendly retail sales associate to greet customers and help them select products that fit their needs and preferences. You will contribute to store targets through proactive selling and upselling while maintaining solid product knowledge across footwear, apparel and equipment.

You will ensure merchandise is well-presented and accurately tagged, handle cash transactions efficiently, and participate in stock management and inventory counts.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports and customer service.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Maintain product knowledge across all categories (footwear, apparel, and equipment).
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented, properly tagged, and adequately stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store in accordance with company standards.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
• Uphold the brand image and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with AL-IKHSAN SPORTS values.
