Job description

Join EY Malaysia’s CADeT team to support audit engagements across diverse industries by executing standardized audit procedures using innovative digital tools.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Contribute to delivery of processes, solutions, and projects by executing standardized and centralized audit procedures in lower risk/less complex areas
• Perform test of details on various populations related to financial statements
• Clearly and accurately document execution of specific audit procedures per engagement objectives and planned audit approach
• Analyze, summarize, and communicate findings, applying digital and technical expertise to support lead audit teams and clients
• Meet performance objectives and local engagement metrics to support client service delivery, quality, risk management, sales, business growth, solution development, and teaming
• Prepare and present engagement progress, updates, results, and analysis to EY Assurance teams or stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating commitment and optimism, developing knowledge of EY technology and tools, engaging in continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and enhancing service delivery

About you

The company is looking for:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting with CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent; Degree holders require minimum CGPA of 2.5
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
