Job summary

AS Watson Group in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated retail professional to support the store manager in staffing, staff welfare, and daily operations. You will train staff on policy, SOP, and selling skills, and help implement strategies to reach sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with weekend and public holiday shifts

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.

Responsibilities
