Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Manager to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include working closely with the Area Manager on staffing and training while ensuring efficient shop operation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in retail or F&B, hold a diploma/degree, and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain adequate stock levels.

3. Work hand in hand with the Area Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
4. Implementation of an efficient in-store training program.
5. Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
6. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum STPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
4. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
7. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
