About the role

Reporting to the Reward and Performance Manager, this exciting full-time Asst Manager, Total Reward role at Mewah Group is responsible for designing and managing the company's compensation and benefits programmes. Based in our Port Klang, Selangor office, you will play a key part in ensuring our employees are rewarded and recognised for their contributions.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of competitive compensation, benefits and incentive programmes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark our reward offerings against industry peers
  • Administer and maintain the company's compensation and benefits systems, policies and processes
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to understand business needs and translate them into effective reward strategies
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of compensation and benefits
  • Support the annual salary review and bonus process
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our total reward offering and drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
  • 5-7 years' experience in a similar total rewards role, ideally within a medium to large organisation
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, including legislation and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS and HR analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
