We’re thrilled to be hiring an ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE – ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONS at gateywa@klia2! This role is perfect for a passionate individual eager to drive impactful marketing campaigns, create buzz-worthy promotions and collaborate with tenants and business partners to boost the mall’s brand presence and revenue.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all advertising or tactical campaigns, communications plan, website (online media and social networks), publicity, public relations, tenants' relations and market research / analysis of the mall.

Responsible for generating desired revenue from leasing of promotion spaces and advertising spaces available in the mall.

Responsible for generating desired publicity and media coverage for the mall.

To research, identify and implement new bespoke high value events.

Monitor guard activities, event set-up, and dismantling works to ensure promotional guidelines are adhered.

Develop relationships with retailers to secure commitment so that cross promotion can be executed.

Responsible to manage, retain and grow customer loyalty program membership database.

Support customer service team on enquiries, feedback and issues pertaining to the loyalty program.

Assist in planning and executing all advertising, events and promotional activities.

Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Any other projects as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years in advertising and promotions (preferably in retail or shopping malls).

Strong communication, creativity and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English & Malay, Mandarin is a plus point.

Energetic, proactive and a team player.
