Asst Manager/Manager Business Development & Strategy (Land/Property Research)

Data Integration & Management: Source, integrate, and manage diverse geographic datasets, including customer demographics, competitor locations, traffic patterns, socio-economic indicators, and internal performance data.

Spatial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth spatial analysis (e.g., drive-time analysis, trade area analysis, density mapping, accessibility studies) to identify optimal branch locations, market opportunities, and areas for network optimization.

Strategic Visualization: Create compelling and intuitive maps, dashboards, and visual reports that overlay various data points to highlight trends, gaps, and strategic recommendations for management and committees.

Network Optimization: Develop scenarios and models for branch amalgamation, upgrades, and new openings, assessing their impact on customer reach, operational efficiency, and market share.

Market Intelligence: Provide insights into local market dynamics, identifying potential white spaces or oversaturated areas, and supporting data-driven decisions for physical presence.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize advanced Geographic Information System (GIS) software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to perform complex analyses and present findings.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities: The employee may be required to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor or management. These tasks may be within or outside the scope of their primary job responsibilities and are intended to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department and organization. Assignments may vary based on business needs, operational priorities, and organizational changes. Employees are expected to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team by undertaking such additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with minimum 3 years working experience in related field preferred.

Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Result oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.

Fluency in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.

Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
