Asst. Manager - AKPK (Credit Management Group)

Lead and manage daily operations of AKPK accounts to achieve collection targets.

Prepare and present AKPK reports to management with recommendations for improvement.

Oversee issuance of release and settlement letters, ensuring compliance with company & BNM guidelines.

Provide excellent customer service in handling AKPK-related enquiries (email, calls, documents).

Support Section Head in collection strategies, staff supervision, and smooth operations.

Coach and guide team members to deliver strong performance and meet KPIs.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in relevant field (Finance, Business, Banking or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in collection, credit management, or related financial services.

Strong skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, and customer service.

Knowledge of BNM collection guidelines, Malaysian law, and credit/banking operations preferred.

Leadership capability to supervise a team, manage under pressure, and ensure results.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
