Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cloud, Linux, and Networking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project assessment and design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Perform system checks and manage configurations.
• Ensure timely project delivery and high customer service.
• Handle escalations and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with team members and vendors.
• Provide after-hours support when necessary.
