Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting, fresh graduates welcome for Accounts Junior.
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards such as IASs and FRSs.
• Structured with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for preparation of full/partial sets of accounts.
• Prepare and submit SST/GST returns.
• Assist in preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
• Review workflows and recommend solutions for efficiency.

Tasks & responsibilities

Accountable for preparation of partial/ full sets of account activities meeting the clients.

To prepare/ submit SST/GST return with the authorities.

Assist in timely and accurate preparation of management accounts/ unaudited financial statements.

Review current workflow and recommend solutions to address weaknesses or improve efficiency, in collaboration with other departments where appropriate.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & experience

Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

At least 1 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduate is welcome to apply for Accounts Junior.

Has basic knowledge in accounting standards and policies such as IASs and FRSs and statutory requirements such as GST/ SST

Has basic knowledge in using professional accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and team player spirit

Structured, proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and achieve results under pressure.
