This vacancy is under our Group Investment Banking & Islamic Banking department within the Debt Capital Markets section.

Job Summary

Responsible for debt capital markets related work, which include amongst others, deal structuring, execution work and advising clients on bond/sukuk related matters.

Key Responsibilities

1) Execute mandates secured

Prepare and review relevant documents for lodgement and issuance of bond/sukuk

Liaise with external parties including legal advisors, reporting accountants, regulators etc.

Cash flow and credit analysis

Client management

2) Prepare and structure financing proposals

Prepare and present proposals for fund raising strategies and corporate exercises

Financial modeling/assessment

3) Other duties that are not explicitly stated but are assigned from time to time by the Company.

Job Requirements

Degree preferably in business, commerce, accounting, finance, and/or legal

Capital markets services representative's license

Experience in proposal preparation and presentation, client management and networking and financial modeling
