Responsibilities include managing interview schedules, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and coordinating recruitment events. The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Recruiting team across the full spectrum of recruiting activities and processes. In this fast-paced role, you will support the team, manage all interview coordination, ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date in the recruitment system (Avature) and provide overall administration support to undergraduate, industry and MBA recruitment processes and recruiting activities.
This role will primarily support recruitment efforts in Southeast Asia, with potential opportunities to expand responsibilities to the broader Asia Pacific region in future.
