Job summary

Job description

Responsible for developing the product strategic planning, executing and monitoring all marketing and communications plans, programs and activities in support of the business to develop and strengthen market positioning and enhance profitability for the Company's products and services in existing and new businesses.

Responsible to develop, plan and implement marketing communication strategy using various communications tools and techniques consistent with the brand/product strategies.

Achieve sales budget and product profit goals within allocated marketing resources, including achievement of targeted market share.

Track and analyze competitor's product strategies and performance.

Serve as the Management Representative for Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

Manage the reporting of product complaints, adverse drug reactions (ADR) and other reportable safety information and handle medical information enquiries.

Manage all PV-related communications/ tasks within the organization and with the local health authority.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent
  • Positive attitude, independent and result-oriented
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not necessary
  • Possess own car, valid driving license and willing to travel extensively
  • Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
