Your Role

As an Associate – Operations & Administration, you will play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational and administrative support for serviced offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, office access cards, keys, and tenancy agreements
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support tenant move‑ins and move‑outs smoothly and efficiently
  • Managing data entry, filing, and document control following tenancy or booking completion
  • Assisting with procurement and upkeep of serviced office supplies
  • Preparing invoices for bureau office tenants
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
