Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Associate Market Access Manager to drive pricing, reimbursement, tender and health economics initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore. You will influence access strategies, engage key stakeholders, and ensure compliant, timely execution to support sustainable growth.

You will report to the Senior Market Access leader, bring at least 3 years of market access experience, and hold a Life Sciences or related degree with a postgraduate qualification in health

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in market access or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; postgraduate in health economics or policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender management activities.
• Develop market access, pricing, reimbursement strategies.
• Engage with government agencies, payers, and KOLs.

The Associate Market Access Manager is responsible for providing input and executing market access strategies to ensure optimal patient access to the company's products across Malaysia and Singapore. This role manages pricing, reimbursement, tender and health economics initiatives while leveraging a good understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, funding mechanisms, and evolving healthcare policies. This role works cross-functionally to influence access strategies, engage key stakeholders, while ensuring compliance, managing risks, and timely execution to support sustainable business growth. The role will also be responsible for providing strategic insights to leadership team.

Tender Management

• End-to-End Tender Management for preparation and submission, including all tender documents.
• Engage with government agencies and partners to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations in all tender activities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, with regular reports of tender-related activities.

Market Access

• Develop and execute market access, pricing, reimbursement, and funding strategies to support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Manage health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives, including health economic models, budget impact analyses and value dossiers.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key external stakeholders, including government agencies, policymakers, payers, key opinion leaders (KOLs) and patient advocacy groups (PAGs).
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical standards, legal requirements, andindustry regulations in all tender activities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, with regular reports of access-related activities.

Cross Function Collaborations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market access strategies with overall business objectives.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans related to market access and tender
• Provide insights driven input into opportunity, risk and mitigation strategies to leadership team.
